The Reproduction Print (pictured): is A5 in size and is a digital version of the actual handprinted brogue in Blue, Black, Orange (burnt/dark), Pink and a Green Brogue on textured white stock all locally sourced & produced

Brogues is printed on quality off white/soft white/ cream UK or Italian paper using non-toxic inks, as well as on handmade paper.

The Handmade Print: is available in various single colours including metallic bronze, gold or silver inks (on black paper) (see colour sheet) printed on high quality off white stock locally sourced or Italian stock. This is costs more and is listed separately/pls get in touch if you'd like a specific colour

A handcut and printed ode to the craftsmen that gave us the incomparable pleasures of well-stitched pair of brogues.

There are few pleasures that can measure up to an unequivocally, well-crafted pair of brogues. I love the detailing on the leather, the hard soles that ‘click’ authoritatively, the unwaxed laces that look like finely knitted brows, the fine stitching running along the tongue and the tip of the front curve that has to be just right.

This brogues-inspired artwork started as pencil drawings, moved to pen and ink and finally settled into a hand-cut print. I have also re-invented the old pencil drawings I had done earlier onto lovely cotton bags with hand-painted brogues on them.
