This is an old painting, possibly from 2002 or 2003. Sorry, I don't date everything. I do remember though that I wanted to show the violence and aggression of the sea and sky. I used a lot of acrylic paint on this, though only gently moving it around with my usual palette knife, so that it wouldn't blend into the canvas. On the original and in the photos above you can see a lot of the paint lying on top the canvas.
