You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

Lampshades are wrapped in tissue paper and carefully packaged in a double-walled box. UK orders: Dispatched by tracked courier, which takes 3-5 days from the date of dispatch. If you prefer next day delivery, this can be arranged at an additional cost - please message me for a quote. EU orders: Dispatched by Royal Mail for delivery within a week. If an item arrives damaged, please let me know within 14 days with photos; I will be more than happy to make a refund or send a replacement. If your item does not arrive, I will send a replacement (please note - an item must be missing for more than 30 days to be classed as such).

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
