You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

If there are any taxes or duties to pay, they are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please consider this before making a purchase. Shipping costs are based on Royal Mail fees for tracked and insured packages. Please note that we do not show discounted costs for shipping more than one item as rates change depending on the value of the goods. If you are buying more than one item, we will package them together and refund any difference from the costs quoted for sending separately. If you want to get a confirmed cost for bulk shipping prior to purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us. If a package is returned due to a customer’s refusal to pay taxes or fees upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred. In this instance, we will refund the balance of the purchase price. Items will be shipped within 3 working days or receipt of payment. On the rare occasion that dispatch is delayed we will contact you. Please note we do not enclose paper invoices as standard. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that an item is coming from the UK and make allowance for the delivery times accordingly. Items will be presented in a jewellery pouch or box and will be carefully packed for safe transit. Please contact us immediately if you wish to return your purchase. If you are ordering from within the European Union you have 14 days from receipt to return your item. Items must be returned in the original packaging in an "as-sold" condition. Earrings must be returned unworn (for reasons of hygiene). The purchaser is responsible for all postage and packaging costs associated with returning an item. Refunds will be made on receipt of the goods. Please note that we cannot make a refund for items that get lost in the post; insurance and proof of purchase are therefore recommended.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
