Early Morning Mist, Millstone Edge, Peak District.

Print from a Colour Transparency on Ilford Galerie Fine Art Paper.

This photograph was taken on a Bronica medium format film camera, using colour slide film. My slide films are processed by Peak Imaging in Sheffield who also transfer them to CD as high Quality TIFF files for me to print. The image measures 18cm square and is mounted with a high quality soft blue window mount (see photos). The total size of the mounted print is 30cm square. This signed, open edition print comes wrapped in cellophane and would make a very affordable gift.

The "Edges" of the Peak District are lovely places to wander with a camera. This photograph was made in the mist of an autumn morning. The moist atmosphere in these upland birch groves means that they are always full of rich mosses and lichens.
