Item details

Our giant crochet hook is handmade from smooth untreated wood. It is 30cm long and 25mm diameter. We made it with a good size hook and a nice point so it works well with big chunky wool and yarn. It is lovely and comfortable to use and just sits nicely in the hand. We hand craft them using traditional tools in our workshop at home in the hills of wonderful Weardale in the 'Roof of England'.

We started off by making giant wooden knitting needles but customers kept requesting a really big crochet hook so after a few trial hooks we started making these. Each one is hand made so they are all slightly different.
