Why not buy more handmade this year?
I love making felt decorations (as you can see by other items in the shop) so it seemed natural to create a range of Christmas ones as well. These traditional Christmas shapes make me think of the amazing vintage glass ones I would find at my grandparents and the softness and unbreakable nature of the felt makes me think of some favorite fabric ones my mother had when I was a child. While designing these I decided to make them flat (unlike my everyday ornaments which are stuffed) this is because they are a season item and require storage and if others are anything like myself your Christmas collection of decorations is forever growing and evolving as you find more items you love so something that was beautiful but easy to store was a key element in creating this piece.
