Lovebirds billing and cooing over a heart whilst perched on a whitewashed picket fence 'carved' with 'Mr' and 'Mrs' make this topper the perfect romantic adornment for your wedding cake.
The birds and heart have been painted white and then gently sanded to allow the wood to come through, giving the piece a distinctively vintage feel. The birds have then been frosted with romantic curlicues and the declaration 'Mr' and 'Mrs' pyrographed on the fence. A delicate organza bow with gently frayed tails completes the romantic, shabby chic look.

20cm tall x 13.5cm (approx)

The wand would look fantastic framed and hung on the wall after the big day as a lovely memento.

I wanted to create a wedding decoration that told a story of love and romance. I borrowed from storybook images of birds sitting on country fences and the age old tradition of carving your loved ones initials and combined the ideas into a romantic wood relief that makes a great centre piece for your wedding table.
