Item details

a unique one of a kind , needle felted sculpture, set in a tall glass dome . Made from pure roving wool , one single barbed needle and lots of love. My sculptures are inspired sometimes by nature , sometimes by childhood and sometimes by both! Due to the delicate nature he is intended for decorative use only - the glass dome provides protection and is included in the sculpture . Recovering from illness led to me learning to appreciate the simple things in life , that we sometimes forget to see in our everyday busy lives . Forced to take a slower pace , my love of nature and the countryside was awakened . This has proved to be the basis of inspiration behind my sculptures . I have no knowledge or training in needle felting , just a love and passion for the things I create . My work has been featured by landlove magazine and I am proud to have supplied items overseas to some wonderful people in the 6 months that I have been needlefelting x
