You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

CARE:- Cover is removeable for washing. Hand wash separately with a mild detergent to ensure that the colour does not transfer to other items, which is always a possibility with such bright, strong colours. Do not tumble dry and dry flat. Iron into the reverse side of the fabric on a low-medium heat. PAYMENT: - Payment to be made through Paypal, you don’t need a Paypal account you can use a credit or debit card. POSTAGE: - I aim to post out after payment clearance within 3 working days, all items are posted first class, where possible and I try to recycle packaging materials. RETURNS: - If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me directly. I will issue a refund after the return of the item in its original condition. I cannot refund the postage.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
