I was one of those women that had the misfortune to have those little bumps/spot type things on their upper arms. I wanted to use something that was natural. I find that this scrub worked for me. I cant guarantee it will work for everyone but my unsightly bumps have all but gone and my arms are now t shirt friendly. I really hope it works for you too.
