You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

- I accept both direct checkout and paypal. - Payments are processed securely via Paypal. - Please make payment within 48 hours of ordering. If you have not contacted me within that time then the item will be relisted in my shop. - Cancellation can also be made within that 48 hours however the order cannot be cancelled once payment has been made. - Import taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping - Orders for the UK are sent out by Royal mail 1st class. This may be upgraded depending on what you have ordered. For more information check the shipping info on the page of the item you'd like to purchase. - Orders are generally sent out between 1-3 working days of receipt of payment. This however does not apply to custom made items which can take longer. - If you need a custom order rushed then contact me as I may be able to get it done sooner! Rush fees and shipping upgrade fees may apply. - I ship international - International orders generally arrive 3-7 weeks after shipping. - Please make sure your address on file with Etsy & Paypal are correct as this is where I ship to unless you make prior arrangements with me through an Etsy message. - Customs forms for international shipments will be marked with the purchase price. Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, tariffs, or delivery surcharges assessed by their countries, and should check into those charges before making a purchase. Refunds and Exchanges - I want you to be happy with your Little Jeny Wren purchase. If for some reason you're not, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item, ship it back, and upon receipt (in new condition) I'll issue an exchange or refund minus the cost of shipping. - No refunds or returns are taken on custom products after the product is made. Once it's customised for you, it cannot be resold. - You must ensure that you have adequate proof of postage if returning a package. I cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items. Additional Policies and FAQs - There may be times that I need to contact you with questions regarding your order, please have your account set to receive emails. - There can be slight colour differences based on your monitor settings and screen resolutions - All items are handmade by me and so there may be slight differences from photos. This is the lovely thing about handmade, each item is special and unique to you. If an item slightly differs from it's photo this will always be mentioned in the listing. - All my items are packaged with love and care, all ready to gift to someone special.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
