Item details

Here is "Ed" Patient 002 in my new ZedTeds range.

He sits just over 8" (20cm) and stands at just over 12"

He is completely hand sewn from Finest German Mohair and Ultrasuede. He is fully jointed with cotter pin joints, his eyes and nose are glass. He is filled with Steel Shot and heavy fill stuffing. He is finished with acrylic paints.

He features an open skull wound on the back of his head, a pouch full of guts which can be (mostly) stuffed back in, patches of raw teddy flesh and a broken leg which is attached with a cotter pin wobble joint.

He will arrive in a customised shoe box.

Some of the photos have come out a little bright - I would say the one of just his leg is the nearest to the fur colour in normal light - it is Schulte Sage Brown.

OOAK Artist Bears. These are collector bears and are unsuitable for children under the age of 14.

100% hand made to an original pattern by Helen Aldridge.

My husband suggested I had a go at Zombie Teddies in 2014 as he felt they would appeal to people that get dragged to craft fairs and bear fairs that don't really see anything for them when they are there!

I made the first Zedted for him for Christmas and now I'm trying them out on you :) I am one of those people that likes cute and beautiful as well as weird and wonderful, so I enjoy making these as much as I enjoy my smaller chaps.
