This natural birch tree look basket is created for little Elves & Fairies who love to look for treasures, berry picking and mushroom hunting.

The bag is made from Washable Paper, it has birch bark pattern and it’s inside is bees wax coated so the berries left stains are easily removable. Bag has rope handle and it's easy to carry or put it over the hand while picking mother nature's goodies. It can be used as storage bag as well.

Basket height: 20cm (7.8 inches)
Square base: 12x12cm (4.7x4.7 inches)

The Washable Kraft Paper is made out of natural cellulose fibre, so it is green and renewable resource.
It is hard wearing, flexible and abrasion resistance.
It can be spot cleaned or hand washed with mild detergent.
It is lightweight, dimensionally stable and will not shrink or stretch.
It has leather like touch and feel, but the crease & crinkle effect will remain giving a shabby chic touch to it.

The bag is inspired by birch trees. I have always dreamt of making something from real birch tree bark, but as it's quite fragile material and hard to source here in Edinburgh, I found I can make it myself using washable paper and block printing it with my own carved stamp design. I really love going into wild, forests, hills. It inspires me in my creative journey.
