Light Reading gains inspiration from our collective perception of heavy literature. Each brick is secondhand - the texture, cracks and chips are all a result of time and wear. The brick is stencilled on each side, with titles and pages giving the appearance of an antique leather-bound book.

We have a reading list of over 100 titles - feel free to drop me a message and we'll get you your Light Reading on it's way to you!

This brick book measures 20.5 x 10.5 x 6.5cm and weighs somewhere between 2 and 3kg.

I first started tinkering with the idea of brick-books in Melbourne in 2010, and now make them in London too. In the UK, I have a little workshop space (under some stairs in the garden), so when the weather is good - you'll find me there!

You can cancel the order before item has been dispatched. Refunds are only due when the item arrives damaged. Damaged items need to be notified to the shop owner within 3 days of receipt, and returned within the following 2 weeks.
