You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Thank you for buying from me and my shop. Please feel free to message me if you'd like a bit more info, would like something done a bit differently or simply like to check something out. All my items are hand made and can be made specially to order - so I can customise any of the pieces you've seen above - and make something bespoke for you. I tend to keep one of each piece in stock so there should be no delay from the time your payment reaches me. But if an item isn't in stock I will let you know immediately and I can make something new for you within 10 days, and usually much sooner. I will always do my best to get the piece to you as soon as possible. And if you need something in a rush I'll pull out all the stops for you! Thanks again :) Mags

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
