Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Always keep your herbs away from children and animals. The Dartmoor Pagans spells oils and herbs are crafted in the Olde Hedge Witches tradition. A strong focused magical intent to charge them for ritual workings, to anoint altar tools,spell candles,ritual workings, to anoint meditation stones or to burn on an oil burner or on a fire. The majority of my focused magical intent is performed in the ancient Oak Woods. You can be sure that no negativity will hitch a lift home with any curios or products bought. The Dartmoor Pagan excepts no responsibility for the curios or products bought once they are posted. The buyer excepts responsibility for usage of curio or product.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
