You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

All items undergo strict quality control checks prior to secure packaging using recycled materials. Once we receive payment we will dispatch your goods as soon as humanly possible, most of our items are made to order so we try to let the paint dry before we wrap them. We will keep you informed of progress from receipt of your order through to dispatch. We pride ourselves on treating all of our customers as we would wish to be treated so quality service is our first priority. Some of our smaller jewelry supplies are easily misplaced during unpacking so we ask that all of our customers check their orders ASAP and inform us of any errors or missing items within 48 hours of receipt, this allows us to respond and offer a solution in a timely manner. Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds minus delivery costs will be issued if your item has been lost or damaged during delivery.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
