I am completely self taught and I started these pictures as therapeutic art due to illness, using nature and my love of animals as inspiration. I find that no matter what happens whether it be death or disaster Mother nature continues working, replenishing flowers and trees and bringing colour into our lives and I try to emulate that in my art.
