As an Artist, I appreciate the inspiration that comes from nature. Since gaining my BA (Hons) Fine Art in painting, I have continued to fit creating into my life.
As well as my passion for painting, I enjoy transforming textiles into objects of beauty. Colour, texture and form are important when creating individual pieces.
I photograph the natural environment, I use these photos as starting points for drawing and designing pieces. I like to abstract the key elements from these sketches and use them to create items that have both beauty and an organic feel.
