I started raising money for Toybox on 25th August 2023, and to date £180.06 has been raised by my lovely Folksy customers, all of which was transferred to Toybox between 20/11/23 and 5/04/23.

My latest find is the Russian Spiral stitch and I am amazed at the variations that can be made just by changing the types of beads and the number in each round. The lime green seed beads had been in my bead box for a while. I’d begun to think that buying them was a bit of a mistake! But I think that this piece demonstrates the fact there is no such thing as an ugly bead; what we have are beads just waiting for the right neighbours. These little lime beauties make this piece glow without overpowering it.
