Item details
As with most of the pieces in my shop I began with a piece of felted jumper and worked from there. This was one of my favourite jumpers, I always liked the wrong side with the gradient stripes and thought it would look good with some stitches worked into it. One of the photos shows the right side of the jumper, where I cut the piece from. I decided to use the form of a cuff because I like the idea that the fabric has gone through a cycle of being worn as a jumper, shrunk over time in the washing machine, cut up, reformed and will be worn on the body once again.
