I'm an ex Army Engineer and I was trying to buy a log rack to fit between a bookcase and a wall, but could not find one to suit. So I set about making an adjustable one. A friend who retails this type of item loved it. So I patented the design and set about manufacturing them to sell to others. They've had great reviews and are very handy if your short on space and are tired of tripping over the log basket that dominates your living space.
