My current "thing" is designing and making, using twin-holed beads. I'm finding them a pleasure to work with. Many beads don't lend themselves well to triangles, but these certainly do!
The set uses olive green and gold as its focus, with the inverted triangle echoed throughout. All of the beads,including the pearls, are made of glass. The pendant itself measures 8cm at its deepest and 4.5cm at its widest. The two triangles are free to move individually. The gold plated chain measures 56cm including its strong gold-plated lobster-claw clasp. I can shorten it or provide a longer chain on request.
The earrings have a drop of 3.5cm and a maximum width of 3cm, so they are a good strong statement without being heavy. I've hung them from gold-plated lever backs, mainly for security - the first time I wore my version on shepherd's hooks, I lost one within ten minutes of going out. I definitely should have put butterflies on them.
