This colourful and pleasing bracelet reflects my current fascination with twin-holed beads. They are put together very simply (relatively speaking) using a busy stitch called peyote. This makes for a very tightly woven texture, and it feels very smooth and slinky. I've used a rainbow of colours and finished the edges off with tiny silver-plated beads. The bracelet measures just over 19cm including the very strong sliding magnetic clasp. The width is 3.5cm, making it substantial but light.
It will be posted out to you within 24 hours of payment being received. I'll also include a pretty gift bag just in case. First Class UK postage is included.
I'm ready to list a few more of these exquisitely detailed bracelets in the next few days,so feel free to amble around my shop (figuratively)and fill your basket!
I go through phases with my jewellery making - being retired so young (health, through stroke, kidney failure and appendicitis in the last 18 months alone, for example) allows me to have lots of learning time for techniques. Stitching pieces using duo beads is my current phase. More detailed work like this in my shop.
