My friend was suffering from the usual 'girl problems' and was in quite a bit of pain. She asked about the neck wheatpad and when I explained its use, she asked to borrow it for her tummy. She was so impressed that she asked if I could make her one but a bit smaller. I did a heart shape with stitched panels to prevent all the wheat dropping to the bottom. This helps to distribute even heat. She has now passed this onto all her friends and keeping me busy!
