Traditionally silver fidget (spinning) rings were worn to help reduce tension and anxiety. Also known as worry rings, prayer rings or meditation ring the repetitive motion of playing with the ring can help relax and calm the mind.

Beautifully handmade this sterling silver Spinning ring is stylish and contemporary. A simple 12mm wide band textured then topped by three satellite rings that move freely around the central ring.

This ring is made to order and other designs are available email me to discuss options .

Measuring your ring size :use a measuring tape (maximum of 2cm wide) wrap round your finger mark with a pen at the point where the tape overlaps. Make sure this goes over your knuckle with a little resistance. Now measure the tape to the mark you made with pen. There is an option to have one of the outer rings made in either copper or brass. Email with preference and ring measurement.

After reading an article about spinning rings I was interested in the concept so made my own ring. I loved the movement and found it did relax and calm. I wear mine on my thumb but it looks fabulous on any finger. There are number of options for this type of ring so no two are the same.
