What cat doesn't like boxes, or laundry? This pet bed combines your cat's two favourite sleeping places into one - a laundry box! Upcycled from a vintage laundry case, it has a big cosy cushion with removable slip cover.

The box has a history in itself. This box dates back to the early nineties and is from the Esher and Royal Windsor laundry, once based in Kingston, but closed in the late nineties after 90 years of trading. The laundry was known to be used by Windsor castle staff and members of Downing Street, alongside other famous people such as Hayley Mills and Peter Sallis.

Sourced from vintage and second hand shops and auctions, our pet beds are upcycled from used cases and interesting looking crates and boxes. For this reason, all of our pet beds have signs of use from their previous life. We think you’ll agree that this just adds to their uniqueness and charm! Our stylish cushion inserts are covered in funky upcycled fabrics.

(All cases are cleaned and repaired where needed. For pet hygiene reasons, our cushion inserts are new.)

I have a love of animals, the outdoors and saving the planet. My upcycled pet beds combine all of these passions. I believe that too much of our rubbish is ending up in landfill so by saving just a few items and repurposing them into something new and useful then maybe I can make just a small difference to the world.
