Item details

My mother works at Kew Gardens and designed a Christmas tour for visitors which shows the plants used at Christmas. She realised that the ingredients of the pudding embody a great amount of global history, coming from all over the world and being absorbed into this iconic dish over the centuries. From spices to sugar, wheat to oranges, all the things we put in the pudding have come into our culture in different ways and tell a story of who we are. We decided to print an edition to share this amazing tale.
