Item details
Gotland sheep originate from the Swedish island that bears the same name, and were developed from the local Gute breed with a small influence from other breeds. Since the 1920s, the breed has been developed to give a multi-purpose animal, with good meat but more importantly long wool fibres in shades of black through grey to silver. This yarn is a blend of fibre from 3 Gotland sheep from a single flock that live in East Anglia.
As is often the case, monitor and digital colours vary. This yarn is a mid to light grey.
