This new collection was inspired by my beautiful home county of Yorkshire in the North of England. The colour palette represents the changing hues of each season. My designs are organic, free-form, from the heart. Like nature, they are occasionally asymmetrical, but always with an innate sense of balance. I hope wearing them will bring joy - will soothe the mind and heal the spirit.
Aysgarth Falls in autumn is a breathtaking sight – water runs over limestone rocks and shale laid down 300 million years ago. This jewellery collection echoes the fall and flow of icy water across ancient stones. Imagine wintry blue skies and bronzed leaves floating down from rowan trees and great oaks.
The poet William Wordsworth loved this spot – so much that he spent his honeymoon at Aysgarth and was doubtless inspired by its gentle, ancient beauty.
I use only quality materials, including lead-free pewter, sterling silver, brass, copper, 'objets trouvé' also known as found objects from nature, glass, bone, clay, freshwater pearls and finest Swarovski crystal. Each piece is carefully hand-crafted in my Yorkshire studio.
Measurement: This design is approx 20 inches from top to toe of design with a 17 inch chain.
Your jewellery will be carefully packaged in an individually designed and decorated Eridana gift box.
