This mug has my collage ‘Hillsborough Terraces’ reproduced onto it. The design continues around the outside of the mug and includes a row of typical Hillsborough Terraces and a wintery tree.
It is a ‘Sandhurst’ porcelain mug, much nicer for drinking your tea or coffee from.
The mug itself measures height 102mm x diameter 70mm (circumference 220m approx.)
The image has been put onto the mug using the sublimation (or dye-sublimation) process.

I am creating a series of collages and prints about the area local to where I live, Hillsborough in Sheffield. Well known for football, it is a really wonderful place with fabulous people and beautiful landmarks. Obviously terraced houses can be found all over Sheffield and indeed Yorkshire but these particular terraces are situated along a road near the lovely Hillsborough Park. The title 'Hillsborough Terraces', is a play on words to make the small point that there is more to Hillsborough than football. Try searching Google images with the title and you’ll see what I mean.
