If your lampshade is delivered to you damaged/broken in the post while in transit to you, please email / message me STRAIGHT AWAY with pictures of the damage (the packaging, the lampshade etc). I would need these to claim for insurance. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CUSTOM / BESPOKE ORDERS & GIFT CERTIFICATES / VOUCHERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE.
