Additional terms We send our goods by courier in order to ensure they are received in one piece, signed for and insured. We aim to deliver in the UK within 7 days of payment. We also ship worldwide, with an estimated delivery aim within 10 days. Our lamps come complete with an inline switch, E14 bulbholder and a 3 pin plug. For orders outside the UK, you can use a travel adaptor plug to safely plug our lamps to your wall. There are numerous different types of plugs/sockets worldwide and unfortunately we can not deal with all those differences. We want you to be happy with your purchase. So if you are not entirely satisfied with any aspect of the product please return it within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. In this case you are responsible for getting the product back to us in the condition in which it was received. If you have any concerns we'd love to hear about it, as it will help us to make our little shop better. We are more than happy to take custom orders, send us a message if you have some fabric you wish to use or something special you want us to create.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
