Item details

This is a photograph of a lonely cloud at Happisburgh beach, Norfolk UK. The photograph is mounted on a hardwood block (beech from sustainable sources), finished with a waterproof non-toxic varnish and fitted with a brass plated picture ring.

The block measures A4 and 3/4" thick.

Please note that despite the varnish being water-resistant it is not advisable you hang your photo block in direct sunlight or in damp conditions as it is not possible to guarantee durability in extremities.

Happisburgh is one of my favorite beaches in Norfolk. This was taken on a beautiful day with only a single cloud in the sky and has since become known as the Lonely Cloud. I like to think of it as the one from Wordsworth's poem.
