Etched Sterling Silver and 22ct Gold Plate Stud Earrings, from Becca’s Estuary Series.

The delicate texture inside each dome is individually formed by hand painting an etch resistant material onto the metal and then immersing it in acid, to remove some of the silver and build up a detailed relief pattern. Carrying out the process by hand ensures that each one is an individual.

The contrast of the silver, against the gold highlight inside the earring emphasing the etching and giving these earrings a wonderfully warm feeling.

Handmade and hallmarked in Birmingham from sterling silver and 22ct gold plate the studs are a generous 1.5cm round and are supplied with a sturdy silver butterfly back. They come boxed and ready to give as a gift.
