Green amethyst and sterling silver gemstone necklace
The focal point of the necklace is made from small green amethyst beads spaced with tiny white quartzite round beads. These have been strung together using sterling silver and are hung on a sterling silver chain.
The length of the necklace is approx 16 inches long in total but this can be lengthened if required. Just let me know in the notes to seller box when you place your order and this will be done at no extra cost.
These green amethyst/Prasiolite gemstones have a subtle tone of green to them which comes through more when natural light hits the stone. The stone has associations with being used to bring emotional strength and protect the wearer from intoxication possible making this necklace perfect to wear on a night out.
Your necklace will be gift wrapped before being securely packaged ready for delivery
When I came across the green amethyst beads used in this I loved them so much that I bought them without the slightest idea of what to do with them. I just loved the way they seem to glow with the sunlight hitting them and the clarity of the gemstone allows the light to move through them so well. I wanted to make a piece of jewellery that will allow this to happen while its being worn making this the perfect design to wear during on those wonderful sunny days that come along every so often in the UK.
