Inspiration
I did a number of sketches of Arlington Row in Bibury, Cotswolds but later, back at home, I decided, as a main feature, to paint the cottage at the top just next to the famous row.
It was such a pretty, quintessential Cotswold view and as it was such a bright and beautiful day, I have tried to remain faithful to the actual colours of the scene and my source photographs.
