The tracks left by the Lifeguard’s quad bike on the stretch of beach between Porthtowan and Chapel Porth, as he rounds up the people about to be cut off by the tide, are the inspiration for this bracelet. Both the continuous chain pattern from the tyre tracks, and the lifebelt symbolism of the rings were key in this piece.
