You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Payment Policy - Payment through Paypal is preferred. If you are a UK buyer I will also accept personal cheques, please be aware that your item will not be sent until payment has cleared. Shipping Policy - All items sent within the UK will be sent by second class post. Items sent overseas will be sent by standard airmail. I always obtain a certificate of posting. If you would like to make alternative shipping arrangements please contact me for a price. All pieces are handmade to order and will generally be made and despatched within 5 working days of receipt of order and payment. If you require your item sooner please contact me. International buyers are responsible for any duty/taxes that are imposed by their governments. Refund Policy - You may return items purchased from me within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Returned items are subject to a £1.00 handling fee. I require that items are returned to me in the same condition they were sent, unworn and in the original packaging. The buyer is required to pay for return postage and packaging. Please notify me immediately by email of the return to enable me to deal with your return or exchange quickly & efficiently. Any refund will be made less initial postage and packaging costs. Earrings may not be returned due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty or damaged in which case they will be replaced. Custom orders (personalised or bespoke products) can not be returned for refund or exchange. Please contact me for more information on returning an item. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, please let me know.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
