You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

We are happy to accept return on items for a full refund/replacement of the the item price within 7 days of purchase. During the seasonal period of 1st November 2012 through to 16th January 2013 the 7 day returns period as quoted above has been extended to 21 days to allow for the seasonal gift giving and exchanging , alongside restricted/longer postal collection times. The buyer accepts the financial responsibility of returning the item(s) and understands that if/when a refund is issued, only the original purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded. Overseas customers will receive a refund of their postage costs limited to the amount which was paid at the time of placing the order. When returning items to us you are advised to use a trackable method of postage ie; Recorded delivery etc so that if the item goes astray it will be easier to locate within the Royal Mail Postal System. In the first instance please email us about any orders which you wish to return/receive a refund for, where we will be happy to assist you as necessary/where possible. Unless otherwise indicated all refunds are credited back to your Paypal Account or the same payment method which you used to buy your item(s) with.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
