You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

SELLERS POLICY - All pieces are designed and handcrafted by myself, therefore no two pieces will be identical, although every effort will be made to produce these pieces as close to the images shown. If you would like a piece altered to suit your own requirements - ie, smaller/larger, different chains etc, then please ask, I am happy to change things to suit you. (charges may vary accordingly). PAYMENT POLICY - I can only accept payments through PayPal. You can still pay through PayPal with a credit or debit card without having a PayPal account:- Choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. Your purchase will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. SHIPPING POLICY - All pieces are made to order so please allow up to 5 working days for items to be dispatched. Your order will be shipped from the UK by Royal Mail First Class Special delivery post or Airmail if you reside outside the UK. This service is trackable. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. REFUND POLICY - Please let me know if your purchase arrives damaged within 24 hours. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me and return the item within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Items must be in the same condition as supplied.
