I work at an amazing place... an organic sheep and cattle farm... after the native breed fleeces are sheered each year, we take them (and buy from other brittish farms), and through environmentally sound processes turn them into amazing textiles (some of which are certified Organic by the Soil Association) , including the tweed used in this cozy... natural colours, minimal processing, this is the real deal... and best of all, you are more than welcome to visit the farm and mill to see for yourself what goes on!
Me, well, when I'm not busy as a weaver, I continue my passion for sustainable textiles at home... sewing, knitting, crocheting... its all a labour of love...
