This is a cute apron made from a lovely 100% light weight cotton fabric featuring bunches of pale orange and pink poppies and white and brown daisies also with little butterflies on a pale brown background. The design is inspired by the fashion of the 1950s. It has a wide waist-band in a plain cream cotton fabric decorated with a bow in a combination of the two materials. There is also a decorative pleat in the middle of the skirt that opens up giving the apron a lovely shape when on. The ties at the back are made from the plain fabric.

It is ideal to wear when you fancy doing some housework in style and especially recommended for hosting parties.

It can be machine-washed at 30C (we would recommend to wash separately the first time).

We love colours, vintage patterns and fashion, especially from the 20s to 70s, so we try to incorporate them as much as we can in our creations. We like to look through antique markets and auctions for little gems of the past, in this way also re-using and recycling materials. We also like to keep an eye for good quality contemporary materials which patterns show an influence from these eras. These aprons are made using designs and fabrics inspired by the 1950s and they will bring some glamour to your housework.
