After confronting a difficult time in my life I sought a means to realign my conflicted self towards inner- confidence, realisation.. Leading me to reading 'Happy Moments' by Meik Wiking, Copenhagen, Penguin Press. About the importance of recalling our happy moments to access a sense of nostagia in our everyday lives.
My background 1st Degree in Art Therapy (UEL), my interest in colour healing, symbolic use of archetypal imagery as well as my professional teaching career led me to
