I have used two DK yarns in this blanket. The soft variegations of the James C Brett Aurora DK yarn in 'Winter Berries' are complemented by the Stylecraft Life DK shade of 'Heather'. This makes a cosy lap throw for snuggling under as the temperatures fall. The blanket measures approximately 41 square. I have worked the blanket in the round, using mainly Tunisian simple stitch, with some Reverse stitch ridges for texture, and the blanket has a Honeycomb stitch border.\n\nThis blanket is made using two balls of James C Brett Aurora DK (80% acrylic, 20% wool) and two balls of Stylecraft Life DK (75% acrylic, 25% wool).
