Vegetable tanned leather refers to the method of tanning the hide, “vegetable” because of the natural materials used in the tanning process, such as Oak Bark. This process creates very malleable hides, making them especially good for embossing. \r\n \r\nCreated to be hard wearing yet supple with highly burneshed, bevelled edges ensure not only quality asthetics, but also comfort for even the most thin haired, sensitive dog.\r\n \r\nThese elegant collars are lovingly handmade by myself in my querky workshop, set in the heart of the Cotswolds. Every collar is cut, stitched, embossed and dyed by hand. Each item is made to order, which takes on average 3-5 days.\r\n \r\nTo ensure a perfect fit pease slelect your chosen size and colour from the choices provided.  These collars are 1.5\"wide, tapering down to 3/4\" for the strap and brass buckle.
