There are wild mallow and ox-eye daisies, gathered while I was on my local walks; and cosmos, which I always grow lots of!\r\n\r\nThis gorgeous, floral journal would be the perfect gift for any woman … for Christmas, for her birthday, for Mother’s Day, or just because she deserves it!\r\n\r\nI used a some salt in the wet cyanotype developing process, because this gives a wonderful crystalising effect.\r\n\r\nThe book is stitched together with royal blue waxed thread. This is the best kind of thread to use for bookbinding, I find, because it doesn’t stretch. This means that the book stays firmly bound, no matter how often you open and close it ...
