Bees appear throughout her iconography: carved on her statues, pressed into archaic gold appliqués and even as titles for her temple attendants.\r\nMy Ephesian Bee Pendants reimagine the ancient coin design, with wings extending beyond the border of the coin - as though ready to fly home to the Lady of Ephesus. The Greek letters around the edge spell EPESION, meaning \"Of Ephesus'.\r\n\r\nThe pendant and chain are solid sterling silver, fully UK-hallmarked with my maker's mark.\r\nThe coin's diameter is 2.8cm and the chain's total length is 20.5 inches, including the secure lobster clasp.The back of the pendant coin is flat and polished with my hallmark at the top.\r\nThis pendant necklace comes in a black card presentation box.\r\n\r\nThis pendant was made by myself, inspired by an ancient Ephesian coin design - It is not an actual ancient coin.\r\n\r\nI am only shipping within the UK at present.
