NB: Please be aware that batts containing recycled Sari Silk should be washed in COLD WATER ONLY as warm water causes the dyes to bleed.\r\n\r\nEach batt is hand carded, on a Drum Carder. I incorporate lots of Silk and Sparkle fibres to make my batts extra special. Easy to spin, either directly from the batt or can be pre-drafted through a Diz if preferred. Sparkling Glacier has been built up over 3 layers. Each layer contains all the fibres used so there is lots of Silk and Sparkle running through each batt. Along with Mulberry Silk I have added Silk Noil which will give a textured feel rather than a smooth finish. The batt is folded and packed in a cellophane bag for ease of posting. Up to two batts are sent in an environmentally friendly mailing bag, heavier batts are boxed. \r\n\r\nItems from the Silk Spinner's Studio are made in a cigarette smoke free home.
